RETURNS
At Decibel Outdoor 2022 there will be a Merchandise Return stand available where you can return items from your Click & Collect order and receive a refund. Returns are only accepted at Decibel Outdoor until 8pm on Sunday.
- All products are still in the original packaging or sealing and are undamaged, clean and unworn.
- Fitting is permitted.
- It’s only possible to return products for a refund. Need a different size? Return your item and place a new order with Click & Collect or purchase directly at the Merchandise stand.
- We will check every return extensively. It is not allowed to use merchandise at the event and return it after usage. These items will be denied.
- Merchandise workers at Decibel Outdoorare allowed to deny any return if any of the above rules apply to your item.
- You cannot refund drinks.
